Terms and Conditions

Swet · last updated: 21 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the Swet app. By using it you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. Who provides the service

PeakyApps Ltd
Registered in England and Wales, company number 14368305
Registered office: Izabella House, 24–26 Regent Place, City Centre, Birmingham, B1 3NJ, United Kingdom
info@swet.coach

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean PeakyApps Ltd.

2. What Swet is, and what it is not

Swet is a wellness and fitness app. It helps you log nutrition and training, set calorie and macronutrient targets, and build meal and training plans, including with the assistance of an artificial intelligence model.

Swet is not a medical device and does not provide healthcare services. Its content is for general wellness and information. It does not constitute medical, dietary or clinical-nutrition advice, diagnosis or treatment. Targets and plans are indicative estimates, not prescriptions.

Consult a qualified physician or dietitian before changing your diet or physical activity if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have or have had an eating disorder, or have any specific clinical need. In an emergency, contact emergency services, not the app.

You decide what to eat and how to train. Decisions you make based on the app's content remain yours and your responsibility.

3. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. The app does not let anyone under 18 sign up. You agree to provide accurate information: targets and plans are computed from what you enter, and wrong inputs produce wrong results.

Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity carried out under your account.

4. AI features

Coaching features use artificial intelligence models provided by Anthropic. They may contain errors, inaccuracies or suggestions unsuited to your situation: apply your own judgement and do not treat them as a substitute for professional advice.

Calories, macronutrients and totals are computed by our deterministic systems from public food databases (Open Food Facts, USDA FoodData Central), not generated by the model. They remain estimates: real nutritional values vary with portion, brand, preparation and the quality of the source data.

Every subscription includes an AI usage allowance per cycle (weekly for the weekly plan, monthly for the other plans). The app shows how much you have used and the date it resets. Some features also have a daily limit. During a free trial the allowance is lower. Once the allowance is used up, AI features pause until the next cycle starts; the rest of the app keeps working. Unused allowance does not carry over.

Where available, you can buy additional AI packs in the app (one-off purchases, not subscriptions). Their credit is used after the cycle's allowance and does not expire: whatever you do not use carries over to later cycles. Each cycle still has a maximum usage limit; credit that limit does not let you use stays available in later cycles. We may adjust allowances and limits to keep the service sustainable, with notice.

5. Subscriptions and payments

5.1 A subscription is required

Using Swet requires an active subscription or a free trial in progress. There is no free version of the app: without a subscription you can only sign up, complete the initial set-up, enter a code, manage your account (including exporting your data and deleting the account) and read these documents. When a subscription expires or is cancelled, access to the app ends at the end of the paid period.

5.2 Plans and prices

There is a single subscription with different lengths: weekly, monthly and annual (subject to availability in your store). The price, currency and length of each plan are shown in the app and on the store's purchase sheet before you confirm, including any taxes that apply in your country.

5.3 Free trial

Some plans may include a free trial. Its length and the plans that include it are shown in the app and on the store's purchase sheet before you confirm.

5.4 Payment and auto-renewal

AspectHow it works
PurchaseThrough the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase (or, if you have a free trial, when it ends). We do not process payments and never see your card details.
RenewalThe subscription renews automatically for a period of the same length unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management and cancellationIn your App Store or Google Play account settings, including right after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, which you keep. We cannot cancel on your behalf.
RefundsHandled by the store under its own policies: requests go to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the store.
Price changesFollow the store's rules: the price of a period already paid for does not change, and an increase is notified before renewal. Where the store requires it, you are asked to accept it; if you do not, the subscription ends at the end of the current period.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription: it is a separate agreement with the store and keeps renewing until you cancel it there. Cancel it before deleting your account.

5.5 Consumer cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, the law may give you a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content or digital services. By starting a subscription you ask for the service to begin immediately: to the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that for digital content supplied immediately you lose the right to cancel once supply has begun, and that for services already provided a proportionate amount may be payable. Your statutory rights are not affected, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty or non-conforming digital content. Cancellation and refund requests go to the store you purchased from (see 5.4).

5.6 Friend codes and creator codes

In the app you can enter a code from a friend or from a Swet creator partner. These rules apply:

6. Acceptable use

You may not: access the service by automated means beyond normal app use, attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls, reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute its content, upload unlawful material or material you have no rights to, or use the AI features for purposes other than your own personal wellness.

7. Your content

What you put in (profile, plans, logs, messages, images) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it in order to provide the service: computing targets, generating plans, letting the coach respond. We do not use it for other purposes and we do not sell it.

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Availability

We work to keep Swet running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service: maintenance, faults, third-party dependencies and circumstances beyond our control may cause interruptions. We may change or discontinue individual features, with notice where the change is material.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit, or consequences of dietary or training decisions taken on the basis of the app's content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, intent or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights (in the United Kingdom, among others, those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

10. Termination

You may stop using Swet at any time and delete your account from within the app: deletion is permanent and irreversible and does not cancel your subscription (see 5.4).

We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where the law requires it. If this happens while a subscription is active, the unused portion is handled under the store's terms.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be signalled in the app before they take effect; continuing to use Swet means you accept them.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in its courts.

14. Data sources

Food and exercise data come from open databases, credited here as their licences require:

The numbers the app shows you (calories, macros, loads) are still computed by us from that data.

15. Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded Swet from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA) also applies to your use of the app, together with these terms. In addition:
